TrueLink Testing LLC Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing TrueLink Testing! We are committed to providing you with convenient and professional mobile lab services. To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we have established the following booking policy.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Service Area and Travel Fees
Our standard service area is within a 20-mile radius of a central point in Summerville, SC, located at Publix at Cane Bay Plantation (1705 State Rd, Summerville, SC, 29486) Appointments within this 20-mile range will not be charged an additional travel fee. For appointment outside of this base area, a flat travel fee will apply. This fee is calculated based on the distance from our central point to your appointment address.

Please note: All travel fees are non-refundable.
Travel Fee Schedule:

21-40 miles: $25 flat fee

41-60 miles: $50 flat fee

Over 60 miles: A custom quote will be provided before the appointment is confirmed.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To respect our schedule and ensure we can serve all clients efficiently, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged a fee.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or a "no-show", will be subject to a $50 no-show fee or 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater.
3. Payments

For private-pay clients, full payment for services and any applicable travel fees is due at the time of booking.

For clients using insurance, we will verify your coverage and bill your provider directly. You may be responsible for a deductible, copayment, or coinsurance as determined by your insurance plan.
4. Insurance Billing & Travel

We are a proud in-network provider for Medicare and South Carolina Medicaid.

For eligible patients, we will bill Medicare and Medicaid directly for covered services and the applicable travel allowance. Please note that Medicare and Medicaid have specific criteria for travel reimbursement (e.g., for homebound patients). We will determine your eligibility for travel coverage when we confirm your booking. You will not be billed directly for travel fees if we are able to successfully bill your insurance.
5. Additional Information

All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with all federal and state privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
